By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices and descriptions on this site are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or forms a contract. Scope and price are agreed in writing, per project, before work begins.

Our introductory call is free and carries no obligation on either side. Any views or recommendations we share are given in good faith on limited information. They are not a guarantee of any particular result, and are not legal, financial, or tax advice.

Our agents operate using information you provide, including your prices, services, and the rules you set for what the agent may say and do. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for approving the agent's permitted behaviour before it goes live.

On full payment, you own the code, prompts, configuration, and integrations we build specifically for you, and we will hand them over. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how, and grant you a licence to use any of it embedded in your deliverable. Nothing prevents us from providing similar services to other clients.

Build fees are fixed and agreed before work begins. Managed services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable on the terms set out in your services agreement.

Managed services may be cancelled by either party on notice, as set out in your services agreement, effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation, you keep everything we have built for you.

Our agents are built on language models and can make mistakes. We build controls to limit the consequences — including approval steps, restrictions on what an agent may state, and escalation to a human where the agent is uncertain. We do not warrant that an agent will never err, and we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome.

This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingostack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Liability in connection with our services is governed by the limits set out in your services agreement.

This site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
