We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address when you contact us or engage our services. We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit this site, such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to provide and improve our services, to send invoices, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing.

When we build and operate an agent for a client, that agent may handle information about the client's own customers. We process that information only on the client's instructions and for the purpose of delivering the service. The client remains responsible for that data. If you are a customer of one of our clients and wish to access or delete your information, please contact that business directly and we will support their request.

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, telephony, email delivery, scheduling, and the language models that power our agents. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function, and are bound to protect it. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. It runs only if you accept, and rejecting it changes nothing about how the site works.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and restricting access to those who need it. No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information, and to complain to a regulator. To exercise these rights, email us. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Our services are intended for businesses. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects you, let you know directly.
